

Raspberries have such an intense flavour they are the perfect combination with yogurt.
Ingredients:
Instructions: Simply place the raspberries into a blender and halve the peaches, remove the stones and cut into quarters, or peel the skin from the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone.
Put the pieces of mango or peach into a blender and pour in the glass of milk and whizz until smooth. Spoon the yogurt into a tall glass, tilt and rotate the glass around until the inside is coated with yogurt.
Pour in the smoothie mixture and with a spoon swirl the yogurt and smoothie mixture together. To finish push a peach slice onto the side of the glass to decorate and serve immediately.
Tasty tip: Try blackcurrants and seedless green grapes, stoned apricots and a few toasted almonds, banana and raspberries or add a little clear honey to sweeten.
