Raspberry Sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 175g (6oz) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 300ml (½pint) chilled 'the One' milk
  • 1 small pot (approx. 150g) raspberry yogurt
  • Mint leaves, to decorate
  • Curly straws, for drinking

Instructions: Reserve about four raspberries for decoration. Divide half the remaining raspberries between two tall glasses, crushing them slightly in the base of the glass with a fork. Put one generous scoop of ice-cream in each glass.

In a blender or food processor, blend the remaining raspberries, ice-cream, milk and yogurt together. Pour into the glass, then decorate with the reserved raspberries and mint leaves. Pop in curly straws, and then serve at once.
