Raspberry Booster

A smoothie with an amazing colour and flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml glass of 'the One' milk
  • Mint leaves and a few berries threaded on to a cocktail stick, to decorate

Instructions: Remove any stalks from the berries and put the berries into a blender and pour in the glass of milk. Whizz until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass. If you prefer a thinner consistency to your smoothie, just add more milk and stir in well. Rest the mini fruit stick on the edge of the glass and serve immediately.

Tasty tip: Try adding clear honey or seedless red grapes to sweeten, different fruits e.g. banana and strawberry is a lovely mix or even a different selection of berries each time.
