
A smooth, filling smoothie topped with a tart, tropical flavour of passion fruit.
Ingredients:
Instructions: Peel the oranges removing as much of the white pith as possible and cut into segments. Put the oranges segments and banana into a blender. Spoon in the yogurt and pour in the glass of milk. Whizz until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass. Add in extra milk if necessary stirring well. Decorate with passion fruit seeds and serve immediately.
Tasty tip: If you don't want to use the seeds of the passion fruit just push the flesh through a tea strainer with a small spoon, Banana and stoned plums with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon, Banana and peeled kiwi fruit or add a little clear honey to sweeten.
