Mango and Coffee Image

Mango and Coffee Cooler

A smoothie with an amazing colour and flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 160g (1 medium-sized) mango without stone
  • Strong black coffee, made with 5 - 7.5g (one to one and a half teaspoons) of coffee granules dissolved in 15 - 22.5ml (one to one and a half tablespoons) of hot water and cooled
  • 200ml of 'the One' milk
  • A raspberry and chopped, toasted hazelnuts to decorate

Instructions: Put the sliced mango and chilled coffee into a blender and pour in the 200ml glass of cooled 'the One' milk. Whizz until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass. Add in extra milk if necessary and stir well. Decorate with the raspberry and chopped, toasted hazelnuts. Serve immediately.

Tasty tip: Try floating some marshmallows on top and sprinkle over a few small pieces of chocolate for a real treat, Strawberries and coffee, Banana and coffee or add a little clear honey to sweeten.
