Banana Whizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 small pot (about 150g) thick and creamy vanilla yoghurt
  • 450ml (¾ pint) chilled 'the One' milk

Instructions: Simply put the banana milk and yoghurt into a blender or food processor and blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth. Pour into two glasses. To make it a little extra special, hold back two pieces of banana, thread onto cocktail sticks and decorate each glass.

Tasty tip: if you can't find vanilla yoghurt, use thick and creamy natural yoghurt, and add 3-4 drops of vanilla essence to the blender with the other ingredients.
